You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please make sure to contact us within 7 days if you’d like to start the process.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.
Please note: we can’t accept returns that haven’t been approved first.

Make sure to check your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive the wrong item or something is damaged, let us know right away so we can fix it.
